Hilary has spent seven years working in government procurement, focusing on supplier management for rigid-wall structures and coordinating programs for the Department of Defense and other federal clients. She's managed a $150M portfolio, overseeing contracts and building sourcing strategies for specialized equipment while managing cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and on budget. She cuts through complexity to make procurement work efficiently, which helps Enklave execute secure facility projects without the usual headaches.

James is an experienced fabricator and carpenter specializing in secure-facility construction. His work includes SCIF wall assemblies using LV plywood, quiet rock, foil, FRP, and other materials required for RF and acoustic protection. Skilled across all phases of construction, from framing and drywall to finish carpentry, he also brings extensive experience in specialized coatings, including airless/HVLP spraying and epoxy systems. James supports project efficiency through material management and on-site training.

Luke is a master carpenter and fabrication expert with 23+ years in residential, commercial, and high-security construction. He has managed manufacturing and field operations for DoD SCIF projects, integrating precision craftsmanship with strict compliance requirements. His work includes next-generation containerized SCIF development, RF-rated door systems, HEMP shielding concepts, and advanced CNC fabrication. Luke holds multiple industry certifications, including Lockmasters LKM10K and SRG/Palmers RF/STC Door Installation.

Salvatore brings over a decade of experience in procurement, vendor management, and secure-facility operations, including five years focused specifically on SCIF construction. He has led end-to-end sourcing for multimillion-dollar programs, managing materials, logistics, and contract compliance under strict ICD-705 requirements. Previously with Strategic Solutions Unlimited, Lab 7, Adamo Security Group, and Black & Veatch, he is known for precision, efficiency, and delivering mission-critical projects on time.
James is a secure-facility construction specialist with experience on more than 30 SCIF builds compliant with ICD-705 and federal standards. His expertise includes RF shielding (copper, foil, mesh), sound masking, secure entry systems, and vault door installations for both traditional and modular SCIFs. A U.S. Navy veteran, he brings disciplined leadership, team coordination experience, and a strong commitment to security and accreditation readiness.

He has overseen electrical production for secure container facilities, ensuring ICD-705 compliance on more than 40 containerized SCIFs. Tony is skilled in conduit work, blueprint interpretation, terminations, and electrical integration, and has led teams with a strong focus on preventive maintenance and workplace safety.
